Checking is performing the work of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the SIGSCENT consignment with the products in the customer's order.
Regulations
Checking time.
After receiving the goods, the customer will check and find the wrong one, and can contact customer service for support in exchange. Note, you take a video when opening the box for comparison when necessary.
Commodity inspection scope.
Customers are allowed to count the number of products actually received, compare and contrast the products received with the products ordered on the order after confirming the order according to the following criteria:
According to the basic properties of goods: name of goods, units of measure, quantity, packing specifications.
According to the model displayed by the product's profile picture on the SIGSCENT website.
Absolutely do not peel off seals, stamps guaranteed.
It is not allowed to scratch for codes of products with points, exchange gifts.
Processing steps when goods received are not as ordered.
When you co-check, the product received is not the same as the product you ordered on the order. Please contact hotline 092.345.88.99 to meet customer service to confirm the order.
In case, wrong order according to customer's request, customer may not receive the goods, do not pay. In case the order has been paid, the customer can request a new order to be sent or not.
In the event that the goods are packed correctly according to the order, but the customer changes his or her needs, the customer can request a return and exchange policy.
